Options traders out there! Our trading journal is now compatible with TastyWorks, one of the best options brokers out there. To import your trades, visit the import page and follow the instructions below:
- Open your Tastyworks desktop application.
- Click on the History tab.
- Click the transactions button.
- Select the time period you wish to export and save to csv by pushing the CSV button on the right side.
- Use the file to import to our system. Must be your transactions report. Don’t use the activity or positions report.
By using the option above, we automatically take care of expired options. You’ll still have to process assignments and exercises using our assignment tool as tastyworks file doesn’t disclose the equity trade received.
Don’t upload the positions report. It’s not the right file.
